Return & Exchange Policy Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances: You received the wrong product. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. To initiate an exchange, you must: Report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the product condition. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.
