Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You may cancel your order any time before it is processed. Once an order is shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delays may occur due to factors such as natural disasters or strikes. Butterfly Pakistan shall not be held liable for such delays.

Each order is accompanied by a detailed invoice, listing prices, quantities, and shipping charges (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, you must:

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the product condition.

Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.

Refund Policy

We operate a No Refund policy. In rare exceptions (e.g., out-of-stock items or quality issues), a refund may be issued in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product. This coupon will be valid for 6 months and can be used for one-time purchases on the website.

Limitation of Liability

Butterfly Pakistan/Santex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website. We do not guarantee that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
