Return & Exchange Policy Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances: You received the wrong product. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. To initiate an exchange, you must: Report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the product condition. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories. Note: We reserve the right to modify our Return & Exchange Policy without prior notice. Refund Policy We operate a No Refund policy. In rare exceptions (e.g., out-of-stock items or quality issues), a refund may be issued in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product. This coupon will be valid for 6 months and can be used for one-time purchases on the website.
