Santex Products Private Limited has signed an MoU with Sindh Prisons and Correctional Services (Government of Sindh) and Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners- Legal Aid Society (CWP-LAO), to provide quality menstrual products to female prisoners in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana. In addition to donating monthly menstrual hygiene products to female prisoners, the company has also been conducting awareness sessions to educate these women on the importance of practicing safe feminine hygiene.

Return & Exchange Policy Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances: You received the wrong product. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. To initiate an exchange, you must: Report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the product condition. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories. In rare exceptions (e.g., out-of-stock items or quality issues), a refund may be issued in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product. This coupon will be valid for 6 months and can be used for one-time purchases on the website.
