Return & Exchange Policy Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances: You received the wrong product. The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. To initiate an exchange, you must: Report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the product condition. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories. This coupon will be valid for 6 months and can be used for one-time purchases on the website.
